TEMPCONTROLSHIP

To ensure that our heat-sensitive products arrive to you in optimal condition, we offer TEMPCONTROLSHIP as an optional feature to be added to your cart for the flat rate of $4.99. TEMPCONTROLSHIP is highly recommended for orders of heat-sensitive products destined for regions experiencing warmer temperatures. With TEMPCONTROLSHIP, your order will be packed in an insulated container with reusable non-toxic refrigerant gel packs, maintaining the optimal temperature during transit. When TEMPCONTROLSHIP is added to the cart, all products will be shipped together. Orders sent via TEMPCONTROLSHIP are shipped Monday through Thursday if Next Day shipping is selected and Monday through Wednesday if 2nd Day shipping is selected. To ensure uninterrupted transport, 5-10 Days shipping is not an option if TEMCRONTROLSHIP is added to the cart.

Note: Roxiana Foods will not be held liable for melted products if TEMPCONTROLSHIP is not added to the cart.

Shipment Addresses

We only deliver to street addresses within the United States. For deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii, 2nd Day or Next Day shipment must be selected. P.O. boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted. We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges for reshipment will be charged to the customer if items are returned due to an incorrect shipping address. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries to business addresses if the business is closed or not available to receive the package when delivered.

When shipping to a hotel or hospital, please verify checkout/discharge times and make the necessary arrangements to have the package delivered to the appropriate room. We will not be held responsible for packages misdirected after delivery.

Delayed Shipments

Roxiana Foods is not responsible for late shipments due to weather conditions or any unforseen circumstances outside of the control of Roxiana Foods.

Refusals for TEMCONTROLSHIP Packages

TEMPCONTROLSHIP packages are shipped in insulated containers with refrigerated gel packs to protect the chocolate from heat damage until it is delivered. Because the life span of refrigerated gel packs is limited, we cannot guarantee that the chocolates will not suffer heat damage if shipments are refused. If you find a package was damaged while in transit, communicate the damage to the UPS representative. We will settle any damage disputes with our carriers and will gladly replace any damaged goods.

Return Policy

At Roxiana Foods, customer satisfaction is of paramount importance. Please do not return any food product without first contacting us for information.
